Impact Health Clinics Opens in Tupelo: Full Services Tour

This Thursday, July 9, 2026, Impact Health Clinics Tupelo opens its doors at 2604 W. Main St, Suite F. It is our fourth Mississippi location, joining Oxford, Corinth, and Olive Branch, and it brings the full Impact Health service menu to Lee County: medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, testosterone replacement therapy, women's hormone therapy, peptide programs, NAD+, in-house labs, and 3D body scans. If you have been driving to Oxford or all the way to Memphis for this kind of care, that drive just got a lot shorter.

Here is everything you need to know before opening day: where we are, what we offer, what it costs, and the opening specials running through July.

Grand Opening This Thursday, July 9

The Tupelo clinic officially opens Thursday, July 9, 2026, and will operate on a Thursday and Friday schedule, 9 AM to 5 PM both days. You can call the clinic directly at 662-371-6299, or book online any day of the week.

Two things to know about opening week:

  • Consultations are free July 9 through 17. The standard $79 consultation fee is waived for anyone who books during opening week, at the Tupelo clinic and across our other locations while we celebrate.
  • The Founding 50 offer. The first 50 Tupelo members lock their program rate for 12 months and get a free Styku 3D body scan every month. Once 50 spots are claimed, that offer is gone.

If Thursday and Friday do not work with your schedule, telehealth visits are available five days a week for eligible established patients, and our Oxford and Corinth clinics cover Monday through Friday between them. You can start care wherever is convenient and transition to Tupelo whenever you like.

Where to Find Us on West Main Street

The clinic sits at 2604 W. Main St, Suite F, on Tupelo's west side, directly across from Big Lots and a short drive from North Mississippi Medical Center. If you work in the medical corridor or commute along West Main, we are on your way. Parking is right in front of the suite, and most routine visits, injections, or body scans take well under 30 minutes.

We chose West Main deliberately. Tupelo is the healthcare hub for a large chunk of North Mississippi, yet until now most of the region's dedicated hormone and medical weight loss options were franchise telehealth services or clinics an hour or more away. Full details about the location, directions, and hours are on our Tupelo clinic page.

Inside Impact Health Clinics Tupelo: The Full Service Menu

Every service we run in Oxford, Corinth, and Olive Branch is available in Tupelo from day one. Here is the tour.

Medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications

Our core medical weight loss program is built around semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider. Programs run $299 to $549 per month depending on the medication and dose tier, with weekly in-clinic injections recommended for consistency, or an at-home option if you prefer. Every program includes provider visits and labs every 6 months, a free weekly 3D body scan, and real follow-up, not a subscription box that ships and forgets you.

The timing for Tupelo could not be better. Demand for these medications has exploded: Gallup polling published in 2026 found that 12.4 percent of American adults now report taking a GLP-1 medication for weight loss, up from 5.8 percent in February 2024. And the treatment landscape keeps moving. On December 22, 2025, the FDA approved the first oral semaglutide pill for chronic weight management, with the OASIS 4 trial showing 16.6 percent mean weight loss. Injections remain the standard of care for most patients today, but a provider who follows this field weekly can tell you what actually fits your situation.

It matters here more than most places. CDC BRFSS data from 2024 puts Mississippi's adult obesity rate at 40.4 percent, among the very highest in the nation. Lee County deserves serious, medically supervised options for it, close to home.

Testosterone replacement therapy for men

Low energy, poor sleep, stubborn body composition, low drive: if that sounds familiar, get labs before you guess. Our TRT program starts with a real workup, not a questionnaire. The Platinum TRT Program runs $249 every 10 weeks and includes medication and the provider visit, with labs and a visit every 6 months and medication shipped on a 10-week cycle. Prefer in-clinic injections? Those are $65 per injection for non-members or $40 for Wellness and GLP-1 members. Men searching for TRT in Tupelo have mostly had two choices until now: national telehealth chains or a long drive. Now there is a third.

Women's hormone therapy

Perimenopause and menopause care is one of the most underserved areas of medicine in North Mississippi. Our women's HRT program starts the same way everything here starts: comprehensive labs, a provider conversation about your symptoms and history, and a plan reviewed at regular intervals. Hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes, and weight gain in your 40s and 50s are common, but common does not mean untreatable.

Peptide therapy and NAD+

Our peptide menu covers recovery, skin, and wellness support with programs matched to your labs and goals. NAD+ therapy is $50 per session in clinic, B12 shots are $25, and glutathione is $50. And through the end of July, every peptide therapy on the menu is 15 percent off at all four locations to celebrate the Tupelo opening. The discount excludes TRT and GLP-1 programs, which use member pricing instead.

Labs and 3D body scans

Everything we do runs on data. The Essential Wellness Panel is $99 and covers CBC, metabolic panel, lipids, A1c, TSH, and vitamin D with provider review. The Optimization Hormone Panel is $199 and adds testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, PSA, and IGF-1. The Advanced Longevity Panel is $399 with 25 or more biomarkers. Already have recent labs from another provider? Bring them in and we will review them for $25, no need to be stuck twice.

The Styku 3D body scan is $25 per scan, free weekly for members, and it is honestly the tool patients talk about most. It measures body composition and circumference changes the bathroom scale cannot see, which matters a lot on GLP-1 programs where preserving muscle is the real goal.

What Lee County Patients Used to Drive For

For the past couple of years, patients from Tupelo, Saltillo, Guntown, Verona, Plantersville, and the surrounding towns have been making the roughly 50-mile drive to our Oxford clinic, or heading to Memphis, for provider-led weight loss and hormone care. Some managed it with telehealth. Plenty of others just put it off.

That is the whole reason this clinic exists. A weekly injection visit is a 15-minute errand when the clinic is on West Main Street. It is a half-day commitment when it is in Oxford. Consistency is what makes these programs work, and consistency is a lot easier when care is 10 minutes away. Existing Impact Health patients in the area can transfer their care to Tupelo with a phone call, and nothing about your program or pricing changes.

July Opening Specials, All in One Place

To keep it simple, here is everything running this month:

  • Free consultations, July 9 to 17. The $79 consult fee is waived during Tupelo's opening week.
  • Founding 50. The first 50 Tupelo members lock their rate for 12 months and get a free monthly Styku 3D body scan.
  • 15 percent off all peptide therapies through July 31. Every peptide on the menu, at every location. Excludes TRT and GLP-1 programs.

No coupon codes, no fine-print gymnastics. Book during the window and the pricing applies. Current program pricing is always posted on our pricing page.

How a Provider-Led Clinic Differs From the Franchise Chains

Search for a wellness clinic in Tupelo MS and you will find plenty of national men's health franchises and app-based prescribers. Some are fine. But there are real structural differences worth understanding before you hand anyone your credit card.

  • A local provider owns your outcome. Our clinicians review your labs, adjust your plan, and see you in person. There is no call center between you and the person prescribing.
  • Labs are required, not optional. We do not start GLP-1, TRT, or HRT without baseline bloodwork, and we recheck on a set 6-month cadence. Chains that skip labs are skipping the part that keeps you safe.
  • Transparent flat pricing. Our numbers are published. $79 consult. GLP-1 programs $299 to $549 per month by dose tier. TRT at $249 every 10 weeks including medication and visit. Many franchises advertise a teaser rate and stack fees for labs, follow-ups, and shipping afterward.
  • No long contracts. Memberships carry a 3-month minimum, then go month to month with 30 days' notice. That is the whole commitment.

One more note on the broader market. On July 1, 2026, Medicare launched its GLP-1 Bridge pilot, a CMS program running through December 2027 that gives eligible Part D enrollees access to brand-name weight loss medications for a $50 monthly copay. It is a genuinely big shift, and if you are on Medicare and qualify, we will tell you so honestly. For the many North Mississippi patients who do not qualify, are not Medicare age, or whose commercial insurance still excludes weight loss coverage, a transparent self-pay clinic remains the most predictable path. We are self-pay by design: no insurance billing, no prior authorizations, no surprise statements 90 days later.

What Your First Visit Looks Like

Whether you come in Thursday for the grand opening or book later in July, the first visit is straightforward:

  • Consultation. Normally $79, free during opening week July 9 to 17. You sit down with a provider and talk through your goals, history, and current medications.
  • Labs. We draw the panel your provider recommends, starting at $99, or review recent outside labs for $25 if you have bloodwork from the last 6 months.
  • Plan and start. Once your labs are reviewed, your provider builds the plan, whether that is a semaglutide program, tirzepatide, TRT, HRT, or peptides, and most patients start treatment right away.
  • Follow-up. Weekly injection visits if you choose in-clinic dosing, a 3D scan to track composition, and a provider visit with labs every 6 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does Impact Health Clinics Tupelo open, and what are the hours?

The grand opening is Thursday, July 9, 2026. Regular hours are Thursday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, at 2604 W. Main St, Suite F, across from Big Lots. Call 662-371-6299 or book online. Telehealth is available five days a week for eligible patients, so care does not stop when the Tupelo office is closed.

Do you take insurance?

No. We are a self-pay clinic with flat, published pricing: $79 consultations, lab panels from $99, GLP-1 programs from $299 to $549 per month, and TRT at $249 every 10 weeks. Most insurance plans in Mississippi still exclude or heavily restrict weight loss medication and hormone optimization anyway, so self-pay pricing is usually the more predictable route. We can provide documentation if you want to seek reimbursement on your own.

Do I need labs before starting a program?

Yes, every time. Baseline bloodwork is required before any GLP-1, TRT, or HRT program, no exceptions. An in-clinic draw starts at $99, or bring labs drawn within the last 6 months from another provider and we will review them for $25. This is the single biggest difference between a medical clinic and a subscription website.

I already see Impact Health in Oxford or Corinth. Can I switch to Tupelo?

Yes. Your records, program, and pricing all carry over. Just call the Tupelo clinic at 662-371-6299 or mention it at your next visit and we will move your standing appointments to West Main Street.

What if the Founding 50 spots are gone before I book?

Standard program pricing still applies, and it is the same transparent pricing at all four locations. The free consultation window runs through July 17 and the 15 percent peptide discount runs through July 31, so there is still meaningful savings for most of the month even after the Founding 50 fills.
