Membership Plans

Standard Supply: We send 8 weeks worth of medication with each shipment based on standard dosing recommendations.

Refill Requests Required: Medications are not auto-shipped. Members must request all refills, B12 injections, and lab work. Nothing is sent automatically, you initiate all requests.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for refill orders are $25 and are not included in membership pricing. Shipping only applies when you request delivery.

Early Refill: If you need medication sooner than your 8-week supply allows, there is a $99 charge for early refill (plus $25 shipping). We send based on the standard 8-week cycle, so early requests require this adjustment fee.

Early Refill + Dosage Increase: If your early refill also includes a dosage increase, the $99 early refill fee still applies (plus the $25 shipping). Your next monthly billing will reflect your new, higher tier.

Applies to: Wellness Membership and GLP-1 Weight Loss programs.

Minimum Commitment: 3 months required at enrollment.

After 3 Months: Membership becomes month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice required. Notice can be submitted via the patient portal, email, or phone.

GLP-1 Shipped Medication: If an 8-week supply has already shipped, the current month and the next month are still owed regardless of when you cancel (covers medication already in transit or dispensed). This applies in addition to the 30-day notice.

Early Cancellation (within first 3 months): Full 3-month commitment is owed if you cancel before completing it. Exception: medical-necessity cancellations documented by your provider.

Why This Policy: The 3-month minimum ensures continuity of care during the window when results peak. The 30-day notice gives us time to wind down ongoing care, lab work, and any shipments.

Why the Fee: When you increase your dosage, you're essentially upgrading your membership to a higher tier. Similar to an in-person membership change, we charge a $99 adjustment fee that covers provider oversight of your increase and the program modification.

$99 Titration Fee: Charged the same day you increase to a higher tiered dose (e.g., Semaglutide Tier 1 → Tier 2, or Tirzepatide 1-5mg → 5-10mg).

Next Month's Charge: Your following monthly charge will reflect the new, higher tier price (e.g., Semaglutide Tier 1 at $299/month → Tier 2 at $399/month). Your provider will discuss the increase with you before any adjustment.
