Medication Supply & Refill Policy
Standard Supply: We send 8 weeks worth of medication with each shipment based on standard dosing recommendations.
Refill Requests Required: Medications are not auto-shipped. Members must request all refills, B12 injections, and lab work. Nothing is sent automatically — you initiate all requests.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for refill orders are $25 and are not included in membership pricing. Shipping only applies when you request delivery.
Early Refill: If you need medication sooner than your 8-week supply allows, there is a $99 charge for early refill (plus $25 shipping). We send based on the standard 8-week cycle, so early requests require this adjustment fee.
Early Refill + Dosage Increase: If your early refill also includes a dosage increase, the $99 early refill fee still applies (plus the $25 shipping). Your next monthly billing will reflect your new, higher tier.
GLP-1 Program Commitment & Cancellation
Minimum Commitment: 3 months required for all GLP-1 programs.
Cancellation Notice: 2 months cancellation notice required. If you cancel today, we will charge for the current month and the following month (to account for medication already shipped or in transit).
Why This Policy: This ensures continuity of care and accounts for medication supply already dispensed or in fulfillment.
Titration & Dosage Increases
Why the Fee: When you increase your dosage, you're essentially upgrading your membership to a higher tier. Similar to an in-person membership change, we charge a $99 adjustment fee that covers provider oversight of your increase and the program modification.
$99 Titration Fee: Charged the same day you increase to a higher dose (e.g., Semaglutide Tier 1 → Tier 2, or Tirzepatide 1-5mg → 5-10mg).
Next Month's Charge: Your following monthly charge will reflect the new, higher tier price (e.g., Semaglutide Tier 1 at $299/month → Tier 2 at $399/month). Your provider will discuss the increase with you before any adjustment.
Early Refills: If you need medication sooner than your standard 8-week supply allows, we can arrange an early refill. If the early refill also includes a dosage increase, the $99 titration fee applies and your next monthly billing reflects the new tier.
