These add-on memberships require an active Wellness or Platinum base membership. Wellness is required for GLP-1 access, and Platinum members can also add GLP-1s. Pricing is based on dosage strength - if you need to titrate up, you'll pay the higher tier pricing.

Impact Health Clinics does not sell prescription medications. When medically appropriate, our providers may write prescriptions, which are filled directly by the pharmacy. Members are responsible for requesting refills according to their respective program and prescription instructions. Any shipping and processing fees are separate from membership pricing.
