Food & Allergy Testing

A comprehensive in-clinic panel that uncovers which foods are quietly working against your body. With one quick lab draw at our clinic, we measure your immune response to 88 common foods across four pathways to identify the hidden triggers behind bloating, gut issues, skin flare-ups, fatigue, and chronic inflammation.

What Is the Food & Allergy Test?

A clear, data-backed picture of your unique food reactivity

Instead of guessing what might be causing discomfort after meals, you get a real report on which foods your body actually reacts to. We test 88 common foods across four immune pathways — IgE, IgG, IgG4, and C3d— for a total of 352 individual data points. Those four pathways together capture both immediate, classic allergic reactions and the slower, low-grade sensitivities that drive chronic inflammation.

The result is a targeted roadmap you can use to refine your diet, calm inflammation, and support better digestion, energy, and overall well-being. Your provider walks you through every part of the report and builds a personalized elimination-and-reintroduction plan with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about food and allergy testing

What does the test measure?

We measure your immune response to 88 common foods across four different pathways — IgE, IgG, IgG4, and C3d. That’s 352 individual data points, which lets us see both immediate allergic reactions and the slower-burning sensitivities that traditional allergy tests often miss.

How is this different from a regular allergy test?

Traditional allergy panels typically only measure IgE — the pathway behind classic, immediate allergic reactions. By also looking at IgG, IgG4, and C3d, we capture delayed sensitivities that fuel chronic symptoms like bloating, brain fog, and inflammation. That’s usually where the real triggers hide.

Do I need to come into the clinic?

Yes — the lab draw is done in clinic at one of our locations (Oxford, Corinth, or Olive Branch) by our clinical team. The visit itself is fast, usually 15 minutes start to finish. Your results review afterward can be done in person or over telehealth, whichever works best for your schedule.

How long do results take?

Most results return within 2–3 weeks of the lab receiving your sample. We’ll schedule your results review as soon as the report comes in.

What do I do with the results?

Your report is color-coded by reactivity — low, moderate, or high. Your provider builds a structured elimination plan starting with the highest-reactivity foods, then guides reintroduction so you learn exactly which foods your body tolerates and which ones to avoid. Most patients notice changes in digestion, energy, and skin within a few weeks of starting the plan.

Is this test right for kids?

Yes — kids can get this panel done too. Our clinical team is experienced with pediatric draws. Please mention it during your consultation so we can plan an age-appropriate visit.

How much does it cost?

The Food & Allergy Test is $449 all-inclusive — that covers your in-clinic lab draw, lab analysis of all 352 markers, and a results review with your provider. No insurance needed and no surprise bills. We can provide documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement if your plan allows.
