Know More & Feel Better

Lab Panels

Our comprehensive lab panels provide prompt insights into hormone levels, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid function, inflammation, and more. Whether you're experiencing fatigue, weight changes, mood swings, or just want to optimize your health, our functional lab testing is the first step.

What Are Lab Panels?

The first step to feeling better

Lab panels are groups of blood tests that measure specific markers in your body — like hormone levels, nutrients, and organ function — to give a complete picture of your internal health. They're often the first step in identifying imbalances that can affect how you feel every day.

Our full-panel lab testing evaluates the most essential biomarkers for health and wellbeing. This deep dive helps our providers pinpoint what's happening beneath the surface — so we can be sure we're giving your body the precise formula for optimal wellness.

Symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, bloating, or stubborn weight gain are often signs of internal imbalance. Lab testing helps uncover the cause — whether hormonal, nutritional, metabolic, or otherwise — so your provider can create a personalized treatment plan that works with your body, not against it.

Lab Testing Across North Mississippi

In-person and telehealth-friendly

With clinics in Oxford, Corinth, and Olive Branch — plus telehealth across the country — Impact Health Clinics makes comprehensive lab work simple. Local patients draw with us in clinic; telehealth patients are sent a lab order to use at a partner lab near them.

Whichever way you draw, your results come back to one of our providers, who walks you through what they mean and builds a treatment plan with you — not just a printout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about lab panels

What's typically included in a full Lab Panel?

Our comprehensive panels evaluate the most essential biomarkers for health and wellbeing — including a complete hormone profile (testosterone, estrogen, thyroid), metabolic markers (glucose, insulin, lipids), inflammation markers, complete blood count, key vitamins and minerals (vitamin D, B12, iron), and organ function tests. Your provider tailors the exact panel to your symptoms and goals.

Do I have to live nearby?

No. While we serve patients in-person across our Oxford, Corinth, and Olive Branch clinics, we also coordinate lab draws at partner labs nationwide for telehealth patients. We'll send you a lab order, you'll have your blood drawn locally, and we'll review the results with you over telehealth.

How should I prepare for my lab draw?

Most comprehensive panels require a 10–12 hour fast (water is fine). Continue your medications unless your provider tells you otherwise. We recommend scheduling your draw in the morning, drinking plenty of water beforehand, and avoiding intense exercise for 24 hours prior. Specific prep instructions are sent with your lab order.

Why should I get comprehensive lab work done?

Comprehensive lab panels give us a clear understanding of your health and help indicate underlying imbalances or deficiencies.

How often should I get lab work done?

For most patients, baseline labs are followed by a recheck 8–12 weeks after starting a new protocol, then every 6 months for ongoing programs like TRT or weight loss. For wellness optimization without active treatment, an annual comprehensive panel is a great cadence.

Can I bring my own lab results?

Yes. If you have recent labs from another provider, we offer a Lab Review service ($15) where one of our providers will analyze your results and discuss what they mean for your wellness journey. If we need additional markers, we can order a targeted add-on panel.
