Membership Terms & Conditions
- First Time Consult Fee: $79 (waived only during active promotions when you start a membership after your consult)
- In-Office TRT Injection: $65 non-members / $40 for Wellness or GLP members
- Medication Policy: Members request refills and allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Medication & Refill Policy: Impact Health Clinics does not sell prescription medications. When medically appropriate, our providers may write prescriptions, which are filled directly by the pharmacy. Members are responsible for requesting refills according to their respective program and prescription instructions. Any shipping and processing fees are separate from membership pricing.
- Dosage Adjustments: Additional $99/month for GLP-1 dosage increases with provider prescription
