Membership Terms & Conditions
- First Time Consult Fee: $79 first time consult fee (waived when starting a membership)
- Medication Policy: Members request refills and allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Medication & Refill Policy: Impact Health Clinics does not sell prescription medications. When medically appropriate, our providers may write prescriptions, which are filled directly by the pharmacy. Members are responsible for requesting refills according to their respective program and prescription instructions. Any shipping and processing fees are separate from membership pricing.
- Dosage Adjustments: Additional $99/month for GLP-1 dosage increases with provider prescription
- Titration Pricing: If you need to titrate up to a higher strength, you will pay the higher tier treatment program fee (e.g., SEMA Membership 2 at $399/month instead of SEMA Membership 1 at $299/month)
